Introduction

Volunteers are very important to the Grainger County Humane Society (GCHS)! Whether you have an hour a week - or an hour a month – the GCHS relies on the assistance of caring, hardworking volunteers to help our animals find forever homes. The GCHS takes in about 600 animals each year and to continue our work, we need your help as a volunteer. Our organization offers volunteer opportunities within the Foster Care Program involving animals and other activities without animals. There are many, many ways you can be involved.
